Our primary framework is the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, as amended. For our nine continental operating countries, we also comply with the EU GDPR where it applies and with applicable national data-protection law, including Swiss law for our operations in Switzerland.
Through the enquiry form we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number, city and country, area of interest, and message content you choose to provide. Through the client portal we process account identifiers, role assignment, and records of the consignments you are authorised to view.
Enquiry data is processed to respond to your request and to assess a potential engagement. Portal data is processed to operate the service, maintain chain-of-custody records, and satisfy our legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations as a secure logistics operator.
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, on the performance of a contract where an engagement exists, and on compliance with legal obligations including record-keeping, customs, and sanctions requirements.
We share personal data only where necessary: with our own personnel on a need-to-know basis, with service providers bound by confidentiality, and with authorities where a legal obligation applies. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Enquiry records are retained only as long as needed to evaluate and respond to the enquiry, and thereafter for a limited period for audit purposes. Operational and custody records are retained for the periods required by applicable law and by the terms of the relevant engagement.
Portal access is provisioned by administrators, scoped by role, and protected by row-level access controls so that each party can reach only the records their mandate permits. Operational detail is compartmentalised as a matter of policy as well as technical design.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccuracies, erasure, restriction of processing, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we apply the UK GDPR transfer rules, using applicable adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards where required. Where EU GDPR applies, the corresponding EU transfer requirements also apply. Safeguards and access are assessed for the particular service and destination.
